You can register an account of your own on the OneDrive official website. To automatically sync OneDrive folders, first you need to get a OneDrive account. And if you want to view the folder without a network, you can set your folder to be viewable offline in the file explorer. If you make changes to a folder, the changed folder will be automatically synced to OneDrive. You can access your synced folders in OneDrive from anywhere. In your Windows/Mac OS/iOS/Android devices, you can automatically sync OneDrive folders in two ways: one is to sync local folders to OneDrive and the other is to sync OneDrive folders to local devices.

It is capable of storing files as well as syncing them. New users can get 5 GB of free space in it. OneDrive is a cloud storage service provided by Microsoft which offers both free and paid services, formerly known as SkyDrive.

Microsoft is also working on improvements to the desktop OneDrive apps. You’ll also be able to add files to a Favorites list for easy access later, again like Google Drive. There will also be a ‘Meetings’ view, with every Teams call you’ve been invited to - complete with chat logs, recordings, and any attachments shared (if they were allowed to be saved). The ‘Shared’ tab will be updated with new filters and view options to quickly sort and find anything shared with you over OneDrive. There are also a few visual updates coming to the OneDrive web app.
